A member of Project Impact does these four things:
-
SACRIFICE
Members of Project Impact are challenged to give up something once a month to remember the 12 million orphans in Africa. This sacrifice enables them to afford a small financial gift. They give up their coffee. They give up their lunch. They give up their movie tickets or magazines. They give up their dessert at dinner. What will you give up to feed a child?
-
GIVE
Members of Project Impact give gifts of $5, $10, or more to support orphans in Southern Africa. $5 will feed a child daily in a Helping Hands In Africa feeding project for an entire month. $10 will feed two children. For many of these kids, this is the only form of food they will receive all month. Click here to sign up for your monthly donation and feed a child.
-
SHARE
Members of Project Impact first sacrifice and give, then they share what they did with their friends on Facebook and Twitter. At least once a month, they update their status to read: I gave up my coffee (or whatever they sacrificed) to feed a child for a month. I challenge my friends to do the same at www.myprojectimpact.com. Will you share what you are doing to fight AIDS with your friends?
-
CHALLENGE
Members of Project Impact commit to challenge 5 friends to join the movement. Every person is vital. It will not grow without them. Members email their friends. They text them. They send website links and videos. They are active in the fight against AIDS. Will you challenge your friends to make a difference? David used 5 stones and a slingshot to defeat Goliath. We are asking you for $5 and 5 friends to do the same.
You can do this. It’s not hard. It’s not too much to ask. Thousands are saying yes. You have the power to restore hope for a vulnerable generation. You can. You will. Impact your world!
IMAGINE…You are an orphan. IMAGINE…You are no longer alone.
